Learning Pathways
Hands-on skill exploration for curious kids
Structured monthly projects that let your child explore real-world skills -- from coding and woodworking to cooking and entrepreneurship -- guided by their unique learning profile.
What is Pathways?
Learning Pathways are 4-week structured projects designed for afternoon learning. Each pathway focuses on a real-world discipline -- not as a replacement for core academics, but as a way for kids to explore interests, build confidence, and develop practical skills.
Pathways are age-appropriate with two tiers: Explorer (ages 8-12) and Builder (ages 13-18). Content spans technology, trades, creative fields, business, life skills, and more.
How It Works
Take Assessments
BrightEras assessments reveal how your child learns, communicates, and thinks -- building a profile that drives every recommendation.
Get Matched
Receive AI-curated pathway recommendations matched to your child's strengths, interests, and stretch areas.
Learn Daily
Enroll in a monthly pathway with structured daily sessions, Monday through Friday, 30-45 minutes each.
Build a Portfolio
Complete projects, build a portfolio of real work, and earn rewards along the way.
Personalized Guidance
Every pathway recommendation is informed by your child's assessment data -- how they learn, how they communicate, and how they think. This means recommendations adapt to each child's strengths and stretch areas.
This is not one-size-fits-all. Each child is matched to pathways that fit their profile, so they spend time on projects that are both engaging and developmentally appropriate.
